This Methode Traditionelle Pear Cider underwent a secondary fermentation within this bottle, followed by riddling and disgorging. Its time on lees results in superior flavour development – pear drops and Turkish delight aromas fill your nose with flavours of lemon sherbet on the palate. Semi-sweet with a fine mousse and a full finish. The Champion NZ Cider for 2021!
