    This Prosecco style cider brims with notes of lemon, apple, peach & honeydew. Dry yet fruit-forward, it is light, elegant and expressive with a lively freshness to finish.

  • Blushing Pomme

    This cider is bursting with layers of ripe peach, apricot, and bright orange zest. It features fragrant floral aromas and a hint of spice that add depth and intrigue. Off-dry with a rounded medium body, it lingers gracefully on the palate, finishing long and flavorful.

  • Le Frenchie

    A mix of both bittersharp cider apples known for their excellent acid/tannin balance, and sweet juicy eating apples. Inspired by the French style of cider, we let the fruits natural yeasts wild ferment before stepping in to ARREST the ferment, leaving a desirable natural sweetness.

  • Oikimoke Road

    A complex, full-bodied West county style made from wild fermented Oikimoke Road cider apples. Spicy, subtle farmhouse notes with ripe apple flavours and hints of vanilla. Soft mouth-filling apple tannins, finishing with a natural fruit sweetness.

  • Pet Nat Pear

    A naturally sparkling dry pear cider fermented right in the bottle. Flavours of pear drops and lemon sherbert with a complex mouthfeel from its residual yeast. Naturally cloudy with a full dry finish.

  • Resident Hawk

    This Methode Traditionelle Apple Cider underwent a secondary fermentation within this bottle. Left to mature on its lees added to its’ flavour, texture, and complexity. Aromas of orange blossom and brioche. Flavours of dried apricot and lemon curd are paired with subtle tannins, a fine creamy mousse, and a cleansing acidic finish.
